How are your bakes made?
Our bakes are handmade using the best ingredients available, including real butter, free range eggs and Fairtrade sugar. This means better flavour whilst supporting ethical standards.

How big are your bakes?
Each bake measures just over 5cm squared. They range in thickness from 0.5 to 2 inches deep.

How much does a box of 8 bakes weigh?
On average a box containing 2 x blondies, 4 x brownies and 2 x rocky road weighs almost 1kg.

Do you offer dairy free, gluten free or vegan bakes?
We do not currently offer any dairy free, gluten free or vegan bakes.

Do you cater for allergies, intolerances and dietary requirements?
We do not cater for consumers with food allergies, intolerances and dietary requirements as our bakes are handmade in an environment which processes eggs, milk, nuts, peanuts, soya and cereals containing gluten.
We cannot guarantee that our products are free from the above. -
Can I amend or cancel an order?
If you contact us as soon as possible after placing your order we may be able to accept an amendment or cancellation.

How long will my bakes keep?
Your bakes are best kept in an airtight container and eaten within 5 days of receiving them. If the weather is particularly hot, we recommend you refrigerate as soon as you receive them.

Can I include a message with the bakes I am sending?
Yes, we will include a notecard with the message you provide for the recipient.
